Team and manager are easy to work with and understanding.
Hours are flexible; if external issues come up, then you don’t need to hesitate to let the team know you’ll be busy dealing with it.
Able to maintain a great work/life balance.
Great total compensation.
Work is fitting for my role.
Difficult to not feel like another cog in a machine.
Being remote makes it difficult to get a hold of people at times.
Management has already been attempting to address the issues I’ve discussed. They have been suggesting days to collectively come in to work and expressing more appreciation for the work individuals have done.
