Great place to start a career. All the peers are very interactive and pretty much helpful when needed.
I have been provided with all the resources that I need to get on with the work. It's obvious that we can learn a lot of things while we work in a place like Amazon. That depends on the people we work with.
The only trouble I faced as a new hire was with onboarding with the technologies that I work with. As a new grad, I don't have much knowledge of the technologies that my team works with. Definitely, this is an area where Amazon can improve by providing team-specific training for new grad hires to get on with the work.
Data Structures & Algorithms Medium/Hard LeetCode style. Time complexity discussion. Edge cases & testing. System Design (simplified for SDE I) Not large-scale architecture. Examples: design a URL shortener, elevator system, or parking lot. Mo
It was a 3-hour interview: two LeetCode, one system design, and one behavioral. One round was with a Bar Raiser. The process is pretty simple. Basic 150 Blind is good enough to pass the interview.
Once you’re scheduled, you get one day for a three-round loop: * The first is a low-level design and behavioral round. * The second has two DSA questions. * The third is a one-hour behavioral interview. It’s about four hours total in one day.
