The interview was structured with a few steps: * First few were leadership principles * Then the OA * A few coding questions This was followed up with some more leadership principles questions and coding for the final few rounds.

Awful experience. Interviewer showed no initiative or preparation. Disorganized, unengaged, and dismissive throughout. Communication was poor and frustrating. Overall, extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish in every way.

The standard phone screen involved questions about past experience, followed by a coding question. For the virtual onsite, the system design question was straightforward, and the coding questions were standard LeetCode problems.
