I am lucky enough to work with two teams with great culture. The project is great.
The pay doesn't match the workload. Amazon is too frugal to hire more people, so everyone is overwhelmed by the tasks.

It was a 3-hour interview: two LeetCode, one system design, and one behavioral. One round was with a Bar Raiser. The process is pretty simple. Basic 150 Blind is good enough to pass the interview.
