Management is toxic. The manager will say you’re doing well but will PIP you if you’re not careful. Management has a lot of power over you. There are lots of politics to play.

Just did the OA. It was not too difficult to pass. It should be standard LeetCode. You'll be fine if you practiced beforehand. I can't remember the questions, sorry. But focus on arrays and string manipulation, as well as pointer concepts.
