Good WLB if you find the right team, meaning one that doesn't follow all the Amazon BS.
Pay isn't scaled with the industry.
Unpaid on-call shifts. You're a cog.
Pay more, and cut the on-call and replace with SREs.
Drop frugality; it leads to insane turnover if you care about it.
