Cons

Your experience totally depends on what team and what mentor you got.

Especially if your team is working fully remote.

Yes, even if you choose to be in person, the whole team still works remotely.

My mentor and manager expect me, as an intern, to know everything. No training is available. No team documentation is well-structured for you to onboard. There are a lot of skipped steps in the docs.

When you are in trouble, they just reply to your message at the end of the day or the next day, which drags your schedule late as crazy. And then, in reverse, they ask you to get your job done in time. Really funny.

They use the leadership principles "dive deep" and "deliver result" to push you to work overtime because you lack knowledge, and you should work longer.
