Good use of leadership principles at Amazon
I don't see any major cons of working here.
Three rounds of interviews, each lasting one hour. You have two sessions back-to-back, followed by a two-hour gap before the third interview. The interviews were mixed, so we cannot say they were purely technical or behavioral; all three interviews
I received an OA and finished it in one week. Then there were two rounds of LeetCode questions with engineers. The LeetCode questions were of medium difficulty. The final round was with the manager and HR, and it included more behavioral questions.
During the phone interview, I was asked a simple coding question. At the end of five minutes, a more difficult question was added. I'm not sure why that happened.
