Just a big company
- Chances to learn how a company manages its business/development, facing such a huge amount of customers/demands.
- Pipeline support is good. At least it is a thing in Amazon.
- Experience really depends on teams. Look for a new team if your manager does not get along with you well.
- Poor perks.
Learn to get along with local governments and citizens. I never see a big company that its hometown wants it to leave.
