- Some teams have good work and technologies to learn.
- Opportunity to work with some good engineers.
Poor compensation compared to other competitors. Pyscho-minded managers and leadership. Too much expectations and workload. Managers expect to work on the weekends. Greedy and non-helpful peers. Worst stock vesting cycle and no performance bonus.
Please improve your company work culture and treat employees as humans.
Also, please train your managers. They do not even know how to behave with co-employees in a professional setting. Managers are too arrogant.
