- Lots to learn.
- Nice manager, good team, and great work culture (as opposed to the general perception).
- Flexibility to WFH.
- Steep learning curve for new hires.
- Takes a decent amount of time to get up to speed on what's going on.
- Onboarding system is not very team-focused.
