Company values are on point. I've learned more about being a professional software engineer here than I did in 4 years of college. The people are all incredibly clever and eager to help train/advance you. This is a company where you will truly get out what you put in, plus more. The compensation is pretty good relative to other FAANG companies.
No free snacks, but they pay you a bit more than other FAANGs, so this doesn't matter as much.
