Nothing that I can think of.
Bad work-life balance recently, and the layoffs didn't help. Your managers will always choose to overwork you and pay you as little as they possibly can for it.
Too much politics. Indian managers will promote you based on your ethnicity and not your performance, though they will always be subtle with it.
Just reward the employees who work hard and don't promote mediocrity over talent.
