My team at Amazon is all skilled and competent. Everyone is willing to answer questions and teach you. The pay is also nice.
It is a very fast pace, and you feel like you don't know anything. I am still at that stage, but I hear from people that you will get the hang of things after 6 months. There are times when I work from 8 am to 10 pm because of the pressure to finish my sprint tasks.
