Mixture of managing new and legacy systems can be overwhelming at first. You must be able to prioritize tasks and not be afraid to ask questions or set up meetings to get clarification. On-call work is rarely mentioned by recruiters; definitely ask about what it entails.

Onboarding tasks were generic and sometimes repetitive. I learned a lot of great stuff, but learning about my day-to-day roles required individual effort and meeting with many team members. Having more tailored guidance when onboarding could definitely help new hires transition into their roles faster.
