Was called a foul name in front of the entire team

Pros

Getting to add Amazon to your resume. I'm not sure if it's a complete pro because it just seems to resonate with recruiters more so than future hiring managers, who are more clued into how good someone is for a role. But recruiters definitely seem to react very positively towards it.

Cons

Was called a very offensive name (Glassdoor won't let me type it, it's that bad) for asking a question. Co-workers were at each other's necks in the gift card team.

Was physically intimidated by management in the hall for not doing what they wanted (working overtime without pay, as a contractor, which means lying on my timesheet).

Finally, my and others' jobs were replaced by fresh H1B employees from India who were coddled by the same abusive managers in the gift card team.

Advice to Management

Stop lying on your Labor Resource Requests. Stop physically and mentally abusing employees just so you can chase them away to hire cheap H1Bs.

Bad and unethical place to work.
