Pretty Interesting Work, but a lot of Tech Debt
I have a lot of independence, and there is a lot of room to take ownership of projects and be visible.
So much attrition on my team. I've lost 9/16 team members in the past year. This has led to a lot of tech debt and hours spent trying to understand legacy code.
