Good team, but laid off 'cause of PIP
My team was great to work for; they had good communication and caring managers.
The more senior you are, it seems like you have to work a lot harder and longer hours. The PIP was not too bad, but they seemed to push for it in bad faith, probably due to the bad market.
Management, above my skip-level manager, needs to stay true to what they say.
