Pros

No matter what background you have, you can learn considerably a lot of stuff. All I learned during my internship was new. I wasn't placed based on what I already knew, which is even better (for me at least).

Sometimes, the work environment is too quiet for my taste.

Office supplies are provided. They have their own mailing room, which is supposedly cheaper than other places.

  • 24-hour access to the building.
  • Able to remotely work from home on some instances.

Very smart people.

Depending on the team or floor, some drinking parties are organized weekly or bi-weekly.

The Amazon picnic for all employees is fun with food and drinks provided.

Cons
  • Only 10% discount, up to $1000 off spending
  • No subsidized food
  • No free parking
Advice to Management

-Please hire more managers. Managers are always too busy, and they manage more than one team at a time.
