Good environment, good challenges
There are many different teams at Amazon with different cultures. You can always find a good one you like.
There are many good tools I really like.
In some teams, the live-work balance is bad. It just depends on the team.
The salary bar seems a little bit old-fashioned. I think many other teams can supply very good pay, and Amazon needs to increase it if it wants to be competitive.
