Salary is good, and you get stock vests over the first 4 years. It's very challenging and will push you to your limits and beyond. But you gain good experience with Amazon. You are empowered to have a direct impact on customers and the business.
No work-life balance. It might not be a good place if you are planning to stay long. It's a "sink or swim" environment.
