A good, if not great, place to work
- Opportunity to work with large-scale systems.
- Great for new grads to learn how service-oriented systems work.
- Work with smart people.
- Virtually no perk.
- Very stressful on-call/pager duty.
- Very bad criteria for qualifying for green card processing (applicable to H1B visa holders).
- Insignificant salary increment.
- Frugality actually means being cheap and providing employees with cheap and inadequate hardware.
Please address the cons I specified above.
