A lot of work with many opportunities
I joined Amazon three months back.
I was recruited for an early grad position.
It has a competitive salary and benefits, similar to other major tech companies.
There's no dress code and it's a self-motivating environment.
The initial support from teammates for completing tasks is very good.
As an early grad with less experience, it is difficult to catch up with the work quickly compared to others. You will be assigned a task at the very beginning of the month, which becomes stressful to figure out the root cause and complete. This is exacerbated by the usage of tools for a task without any knowledge of them or any prior training session.
