Knowledge school, too much work
There are a lot of learning opportunities, both in team projects as well as tech talks that happen every week. I would say Amazon Web Services is a school which excels in Distributed Systems.
Too much workload. This is connected to the learning I mentioned before. Much of the time is spent in learning, which causes long hours. But I like this way.
Upper management strives hard for the good career of each employee.
