On-calls can get hectic sometimes. Automation is becoming a must in some areas.
Having customer obsession is good. Due to this principle, most of the new feature requests are based on the customer feedback we get. However, in such a high-tech space as Cloud Computing, some feature requests should be based on the latest innovations as well, so that we can always stay ahead in the market.
