Good pay, flexible hours, and an environment with a lot of really smart people where you will learn a lot.
On-call rotation sucks. Be prepared to have no life outside of work whenever it is your turn to be on call.
Ditch the on-call rotation for software developers. Hire a support team to deal with these issues.
