Good pay, but not a great place to work

The pay is great, especially coming straight out of college. However, the company culture has definitely worsened in my time at the company. Almost all coworkers I’ve talked to often experience burnout, and many decisions made by company leadership have decreased employee morale and trust in the company.
Efforts need to be made to repair employee relationships.
