It really depends on which team you are in
Highly collaborative, work with different teams. It will push you to learn a lot of the internal tools by yourself if you don't have good mentorship.
Depends on the team. My team is not a mature team, so you can get lost sometimes. But some of my friends have a better experience in their teams.
A lot of comments about Amazon, and I feel the same way. They should care more about their employees. A lot of companies are doing much better than Amazon.
