Working on internet-level scale.
Not bad to have AWS on your resume.
Fair relocation packages.
The promotion process is tedious and long, especially above SDE II. Don't expect to get promoted within less than a few good years at the company.
Amazon has some great "leadership principles," however, there is at least one crucial principle missing: "teamwork / help others." I find the tendency at Amazon to be working individually most of the time. I personally do not love that tendency.
