You will always get challenges that will help you grow. Amazon LPs, however grueling they may be, do tend to teach you life lessons that can be applied throughout your life.
It is easy to get overworked. Putting in late hours is not discouraged and has become the norm.
There are no additional health-related yearly perks, such as gym memberships or appliances for general health. The company barely gives out any swag.

Online OA, then 3, 1-hour long technical and behavioral interviews. First 2 interviews went great, but the 3rd interviewer was uninterested, uncaring, disrespectful, and lacked knowledge of basic functions, having me explain very basic things to him
