Profitable company, make a big impact, learn a lot, especially if you work on a profitable team that makes a lot of money or has many users.
Fewer benefits and longer hours relative to other big tech companies.
Engineers are on call, and depending on the team, this could mean a second job once a month where you might need to come in on weekends. I was an intern, so I didn't need to do this.
