After some very negative press about the work culture, many changes have been rolled out that have greatly improved the work/life balance.
Chee Chew, in particular, has been an outstanding addition to the company and is leading the way on improving the culture, starting from his org.
The company is growing very rapidly, and it's really exciting to be a part of it!
Benefits still need to be improved, particularly 401k matching.
