Good pay, weird culture
Pay is good. As an intern, your work schedule is pretty flexible and you have a good deal of freedom.
As a full-timer, you are often pressured to work long hours, and of course, the on-call. The culture is strange and forced. You don't have much say as to what type of work you do, and I found it boring.
Give interns more choice in their kind of work.
I interned twice and was blindsided both times with work completely irrelevant to my interests.
