A fine opportunity for learning as an SDE Intern
- Solid ramp-up process, most people are very helpful.
- I was on the Lending team and had a great experience; I got help when needed and was included in all design/planning meetings.
- Seattle is a great city, definitely one of my favorites.
- Not really a con, but as with most dev companies, there are a lot of proprietary systems, so ramp-up can be a bit painful.
- Benefits are not as good as at Microsoft (in case you care).
Running more events for interns could be a good idea. Quite a few of the interns were active, and we always had events running on the weekends. I think more sponsored events would be welcome.
