Low salary and benefits compared to other big companies.
On-call is terrible. You'll no longer have sleep, no longer have weekends.
Frugality is one of Amazon's leadership principles. A company can be frugal with many things, but it shouldn't be frugal with employees.
Improve employee benefits, such as providing an annual bonus.
