Good for learning, bad for work culture, and career progress
I have been working in Alexa for the past 2 years. My teammates are knowledgeable, and we work on the latest problems with the latest tech stack. Personal tech learning is great!
As you may have heard, the work culture is not great. People posting CRs on Saturdays and late nights should not be a norm anywhere. Management does not care about the personal growth of employees.
