It's hard to balance work and life.
It's always work, work, work until just before getting sleep.
On-call work is challenging, with frequent pages at 2 am and 3 am.
It's hard to get promoted from SDE2 to SDE3. Promotion isn't very straightforward at this point.
There's high performance pressure.
RTO 5 days is challenging if commute time is long.
Base salary hasn't increased well recently, even with promotion.
