Compensation is good for a new graduate. The organization is clear so that everyone's accomplishments are available to others. Managers are sometimes good resources to learn from.
Lots of operational stuff instead of concentrating on programming. It is kind of hard to balance between life and work. Working in a small AWS support team, the career opportunities are not good.
