Not predictable hours, as the nature of the job is 24/7. Amazon is for everyone, but not everyone is for Amazon. As has been quoted, Amazon is where overachievers go to feel bad about themselves. Re-orgs happen frequently.
Keep on being bullish with schedules, but do not let operational burden get out of hand.
