Pros

Interesting technology and products. I was given a lot of autonomy and influence. Once you get a hang of their internal tools, some of them are really nice.

Cons

It wasn't uncommon for design review comments to turn into personal attacks, and there were a number of coworkers who lacked the interpersonal skills to treat their fellow employees as human beings. A surprising number of people looked to make themselves look better at the expense of the team/product, and there was a disturbing lack of control by management.

The company is also frugal to a fault way too often.
