- Do things right, a strong culture with good balance.
- When to take shortcuts when reasonable.
- Flexible work-life balance compatible with compensation.
- "Amazonian" jargon is embedded into employees' day-to-day, and they don't realize it. So it's hard to catch up if you haven't already experienced professionally.
- Onboarding trainings are too generic (still very specific to Amazon) but don't train specifically to the team's reality.
