Interesting projects, constant learning experience, great people around. A lot of teams to pick from, possibility to contribute starting very early, certain degree of freedom while designing and implementing your projects.
Horrible coffee, animosity among team members, unreasonable hours. Seriously, people would stay up until 10-11 pm to meet unattainable deadlines. A lot of pressure.
