I applied online. 2 LeetCode hards - solved optimally but didn’t get it. I think they want to see stronger initiative and self-learning. Asked a lot about projects I did and what I learned.

I completed an online coding exam that lasted an hour. Following that, I undertook a Work Simulation and Workstyles Assessment. This assessment was quite different, primarily consisting of replying to emails.
