The retention in this company is really low, and there are good reasons for that
- Smart people, although most of them leave the company in ~1.5 years from their arrival.
- Be part of big projects.
- The compensation is okay.
- Bad management.
- On-call rotation in most places.
- Parking isn't free for employees.
- Very hard to get promoted.
- Noisy work environment.
- Very low retention rates.
- Poor work-life balance (I remember more than one month that I've worked more than 13 hours a day and on weekends for the entire month).
- The company isn't enthusiastic about applying employees for a green card.
