Actually pretty frickin' good
Pretty great till now! The team is supportive, the work is VERY manageable, and I have enough time to chill and relax. I definitely do not agree with most Amazon articles (bad work culture, etc.) available on Blind and Glassdoor because, in my experience, Amazon has been really good, and I love working for this organization. The HQ is very, very gorgeous, and you won't regret joining this org at all.
The only cons would be the lack of any big tech benefits (free meals, swag, wellness benefits compensation, etc.).
Please add some company swag, free meals (if possible), and wellness benefits. They all definitely help the employees and the company.
