Pros

The salary is a great reason to work at Amazon. Additionally, the free bananas are a nice benefit as well.

If you're working in the office, Amazon is dog-friendly, so you get to see nice dogs around, which is very nice (unless you're allergic).

Cons

Other than the salary and free bananas, there is a relative lack of benefits as compared to other large tech companies.

Your experience is heavily dependent on the team you end up on. If coming on as a new-grad hire, your interviewing process will be easier, but you will have little-to-no autonomy on the team or organization you are placed within.

Depending on your personality type and how you deal with stress, you might have a great time, or a not-so-great time.
