Pros

Great learning opportunities from working on different projects within the team. A team does not deal with one single technology; rather, it deals with multiple technologies for different modules, which helps with new learnings and creates an exciting workplace.

Cons

A free/low-cost cafeteria would be good in the offices. If an employee is trying to work from the office, they shouldn't have to worry about spending too much on meals.

I've heard about tedious tasks accumulating as experience builds at Amazon, leading to no work-life balance. I haven't yet qualified or experienced this myself, but it's often mentioned regarding Amazon's work-life.

Advice to Management

A cheap/low-cost cafeteria would be great. A more selective work location, as WFH capabilities are vast now.
