When I came back from surgery, I was harshly reviewed. After that, my manager planned a secret setup to bring my performance down. Even though I was about to complete my assigned work, he assigned multiple people to do my code reviews, and as a result, my task got delayed. I worked nights and weekends with members of my team to finish things on time, but he still complained that I was late.
