- Projects are boring. Writing code is not your job. Your job is solving stupid tickets.
- Management is chaos.
- Around 50% of people will leave after 1 year.
- You will take a long time to learn how to set up the environment and do testing. Unfortunately, those things are useless in other companies.
- Senior SDEs like to command people, pretending they are the manager.
Make Amazon like a tech company, otherwise, just hire contract programmers.
Amazon is much worse than Google, FB, etc.
