- Everyone is very career-driven, and wanting to just have a job and not focus on moving up is quite foreign to them.
Prioritize educating new engineers. The same goes for mentors and others on the team.
We pride ourselves on "developing the best," and yet we are lagging behind when it comes to prioritizing the education of new engineers.
